If an actor has separate representation for commercial and theatrical, or east and west coast, they may have more than one profile. There may even be more than one actor with the same name.
The system chooses the default according to which one has the most detail, based on photos, résumé, and when it was revised.
In other words:
If there is more than one profile, the default is the most recent résumé.
If more than one have the same date, it’s the one with the most photos.
If all choices are equal, the system picks one at random.
To make your own choice, use View Profile to see what’s in each one. When you’re ready, select a check box, and click Choose Selected Profile to continue. If you’re not sure which is the most up to date, you can just accept the default.
