Sending an Eco Cast Invitation

To send invitations you can start a new Eco Cast or work in one you have already created. In either case:

1. On the Details page, click the checkmark to select individual actors
   – or –
   Use any of the filters and Select to choose a group of actors to invite.

2. Under With Selected, click Invite to Eco Cast.
   A cMail form opens up with the selected actors' names in the TO: box. These names are for your reference; the cMail will be sent to their representation.

3. Add any notes, directions, or considerations to the Instructions box.

4. Set a deadline date and time for submitting the auditions.
   NOTE: This is required, but you can always change it later.

5. Click Attach Media and locate files on your computer if you want to attach:

1. • Your instructions in the form of a video (use any common format, no larger than 100 Mb)

   • Your instructions in the form of a PDF document

   • Audition sides or scripts

   • Any document (txt, doc, pdf, etc.)

   • Any pictures (bmp, jpg, gif, etc.)

7. Follow the on-screen Uploader directions to select and upload.

8. When processing has completed, you will be asked to either attach more media or return to the invitation.

• If you have more files to upload, select Attach Video.

• If you are finished uploading, select Back to Invitation

9. Click Send Message.
