Managing Video

The Manage Video menu on an attached actor's record also lets you:

• Play the video

• Rename it

• Hide/Unhide the video

• Delete it

• Change the thumbnail screenshot

To play an actor’s video:

1. Double-click on the video
   –  or –
   Click the video name then click Manage Video.

2. Select View Video.

To rename a video:

1. On the Manage Video menu, select Rename Video

2. When the dialog box opens, enter a new name

3. Click Save Title

To change the screenshot method for an individual video:

1. Click on the video title you want to change.

2. Click Manage Video and select New Screenshot.

3. Choose one of these options:

• First frame of the video

• I'll upload my own

• No screenshot

4. Click Use Selected.

To hide a video from the recipient:

1. Click on the video title you want to change.

2. Click Manage Video and select Hide Video.
   The selected video will be grayed out. The recipient will not even know it's there.

To unhide the video:

1. Click on the hidden video and open Manage Video.

2. Click Unhide Video.

To delete a video from the Eco Cast:

1. Click on the video you want to delete.

2. Click Manage Video and select Delete Video.

3. When the confirmation message appears, click OK.
