Attached Actors

This section of the Details page provides the tools that let you organize how the actors are presented and how the recipient will see them. Each actor appears separately with all the tools for managing that particular actor.

 Actors

You can also use this section to invite actors to submit self-taped audition videos.

Filters

These options control which actors are displayed. The number in parentheses show how many actors are in any group.

The filter panel appears at both the top and bottom of the actor list.

You can search within the Eco Cast using any of these filters, or by combining them.  For example, select both a role and an agency to see the actors in this Eco Cast that a single agency has submitted on a particular role.

Click Reset to remove the filter and restore the display to the default (all actors, roles, agencies)

Search

To locate an actor in the Eco Cast package, enter a name—first name, last name, or both first and last names.

Role

An Eco Cast package may include several roles for a project. Select one from this drop-down box to display just the actors for that role.

Select All Roles again to remove the filter.

Agency

You may want to send a message, look at videos, or invite just the actors from a single agency.

Select from this list to display just the actors from one agency.

Select All Agencies again to remove the filter.

Show

Select a filter to show one group of actors. The number in parentheses indicates how many actors are in each group.

Eco Cast status

The Show drop-down list also includes these filters.

Sent

Actors you have invited to record a self-taped video audition.

This status refers to invitations you have sent that have not yet been opened by the actor/representative

Opened

Actors who have opened the Eco Cast invitation you sent them.

Received

Actors who have sent you their audition video.

Declined

Actors who have turned down your invitation. If the actor or their representative provided a reason, it displays at the bottom of the actor's card.

Making selections

Click the check mark button to select actors one at a time, or use the filters to select one or more groups. Selected actors display a red check mark .

Select

Use this filter to select the actors from one or more group (for example, all actors marked 1 and 2 or all videos marked A).

To select everyone, including any non-Actors Access members that you have added, click Select all actors. This will select all the actors in this Eco Cast package, not just the ones you can see at the moment.

You can select more than one group at a time.  You can also select one actor at a time by clicking the checkmark icon.

With Selected

This group gives you things to do with the actors you have selected.

Invite

Invite the actor/representative to submit a self-taped video audition.

Delete

Remove the selected actors from the Eco Cast.

Copy to clipboard

Actors on the clipboard can be pasted into another Eco Cast.

Note:    The checkmark icon turns red for a selection, then turns gray when you have sent invitations or copied to the clipboard. Copying to the clipboard does not remove the actor from this Eco Cast package

Message queue

If you have marked any of the actors for a message, the Message Queue field displays how many actors you have selected to send a message to. The number in parentheses shows how many actors you have placed  in the queue. If the number is 0, the queue is empty and the buttons are grayed out.

Clipboard

The number in parentheses shows the total number of actors currently in the Clipboard. If the number is 0, then the Clipboard is empty and the buttons are not available.
