Click Expand to open the Details section of the Eco Cast. To get it out of the way, you can click Collapse again to close it.
Set a password that Recipients must have in order to view the Eco Cast.
Add a description or notes.
Create a friendly, custom URL for the Eco Cast.
Set an expiration date.
If you want to restrict access to the Eco Cast, you can give it a password. Enter it a second time to confirm. It can be as short or as long as you want, and has no restrictions for letters, numbers or symbols.
Click Show Password to so you can see what characters you're typing, then click it again to hide it, as necessary.
The system creates a web page for the Eco Cast, and includes the URL (web address) in the email that is sent out when you finish. While the default URL works just fine as it is, you can make it more memorable by adding more custom information.
The system-generated URL will look something like this: http://agencyname.auditionservices.com/1143
Enter text in the Create Custom URL field to replace the number with anything else you like. You can use up to 35 letters or numbers and some special characters.
Whatever you type will appear in the gray sample below the text box. The sample text will turn red if you enter anything invalid. click the text to see a preview of your finished package, exactly as a recipient will see it.
You may want to limit the amount of time the audition videos will be available to the recipient. A pop-up calendar will let you choose the date, or you can select from the drop-downs.
