When you upload your audition, make sure that each video file is less than 100 mb. Follow these recommended settings for the most common video programs to ensure that your audition remains under that threshold.
If your file is still too large even after using these settings, try lowering the quality by one level or breaking the video up into shorter clips.

Export presets: Video for LAN (768 kbps) or Video for Broadband (340 kbps)
