When you click Continue on the Manage Actors page, the Details page appears. This page contains the features that let you organize, invite, and review the actors you want to send on to your producers and directors. This page also lets you keep track of Eco Cast invitations for this project.
Controls at the top of the page let you:
Save a draft of your changes of the Eco Cast if you get called away.
Show the viewing history of this Eco Cast.
Compose an email to forward the Eco Cast.

The Details page contains the tools you need assemble the Eco Cast audition package for your directors, producers, and other studio management, plus individual controls for editing each actor.

Details lets you make any changes to the title and description as well as:
Set a password
Create a custom URL
Set an expiration date
Re-Order Actors lets you:
Change the order the Actors are displayed to the recipient
Sort the actors by name or representation
Delete an actor from the list
This section appears only after you have invited actors to submit self-taped auditions. It displays:
Actors you have invited with their status (Sent, Opened, Received)
The date and time the invitation was sent
Instructions you included on the invitation
Any video or other media you may have uploaded
Deadline for submitting auditions
It also lets you change the deadline or cancel the invitation entirely, if necessary.
This section lets you manage all the elements of each actor's profile, plus send invitations for self-taped auditions. This section also includes the Clipboard, which lets you copy actors from different Eco Casts into a master package.
Within this section, each actor’s profile card lets you change photos, add notes, or change the role you are submitting the actor for. You can also hide (not delete) selected attached videos so the recipient only see the ones you want them to see.
