What if an actor I want isn’t in the database?

An actor with no match in the database will display a blank profile. If the wrong actor is displayed, call us at 1-310-276-9166 and ask for Eco Cast assistance.

What if I don’t have the actor’s full name?

If you can remember their last name, or even the first part of it, the system will show you every actor whose name matches or starts with the same letters. Entering “Dav” will return Davis,  Davidson, Davenant, and so on.

What if an actor has more than one profile?

When there are multiple profiles, the system shows you all of them, putting the one with the most details and the most current information first.

To review and select a profile: Click the actor's name to open their profile and review the contents. Mark the checkbox of the one you want to use.

What if I have to stop in the middle of creating my Eco Cast package?

On the Confirm Details page, click the Save button. This saves a draft that you can finish later, and logs the Eco Cast as Unsent.

The next time you log in, you’ll see a list of all your Sent and Unsent Eco Casts. Click on the Unsent one to open it and keep working.

What if I want to change the order the actors are listed?

You can drag & drop or use the 56 arrows to re-arrange the list in any way you like. Click Sort by Actor name  to put the list in alphabetical order by name. Click Sort by  Representation to alphabetize by representative.

What if I delete a video  from the Eco Cast by accident?

If you accidentally delete a video, click +Add More Videos/Actors to return to the Manage Actors page. Select the actor and upload again.
